Q: How do I get support as a Channel Partner?

Q: Where can I view my Channel Partner Agreements?

A: To view your Channel Partner Agreements, click User > Account > Agreements. Click the download icon to the the right of your respective agreement to view a detailed copy.

Q: Will my account automatically upgrade or downgrade between Channel Partner tiers?

A: Yes, the Channel Partner tiers are based on the cumulative number of licenses at the time of billing.

Q: How does billing work?
